Preparing The Paste

1. Place the herb in a pan (preferably non-stick).

2. Add 500ml of water.

3. Heat on a stove until the water comes to a boil.

4. Continue boiling until most of the water has evaporated and the herb forms a thick, moist paste (it should not drip). Stir regularly to prevent sticking or burning.

5. Divide the paste into 14 equal portions—one portion for each night. You can use ice cube trays or place small blobs on a baking sheet.

6. Store the portions in the freezer. Each day, remove one portion and allow it to defrost.

7. Apply the paste to the back of the head each night.



Tips for best results: Place a towel under your head to protect bedding. Try to avoid sleeping directly on the back of your head so the paste can settle and dry properly.
